Cancellation Policy
Workshop cancellation
- The workshop may be canceled or postponed either due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g. presenter illness) or should the minimum number of participants not be reached.
- It is recommended that if you are traveling from outside Wellington that refundable travel tickets and accommodation are booked. We cannot accept liability for non-refundable travel and accommodation in the case of cancellation or postponement.
- If a course is canceled or postponed you will be advised and, on your instruction, the fee will either be refunded or transferred to an alternative workshop.
Attendee cancellation
- You are welcome to send a substitute attendee at no extra charge – as a courtesy, please notify us.
- If you cancel prior to 7 calendar days from the start of the workshop then you will receive a 50% refund.
- Unfortunately no refunds can be given if you cancel 7 calendar days before the start of the workshop. If
